Ilo Cashew Blue has been handmade in Finland fromorganic cashew nuts with real P. Roquefort blue mold and leaven. Because of long ripen Ilo Cashew Blue has strong taste and cracking texture. This 100 % plant-based delicacy is produced with the respect of traditional blue mold cheese manufacturing process.
Ilo Cashew Blue can be used in a similar way like dairy blue mold cheese eg. with crackers, fruits, jams and bread. The product is milk and gluten free.
